You will join the Commercial Team, reporting directly to the team head based in the regional hub. This team is focused on delivering technical excellence and commercial growth across the Greater Bay Area. about the job.
Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with strategic clients through regular site visits and proactive communication to ensure sustained business growth.
Proactively introduce proprietary system upgrades, material formats, and new concepts to prospective clients to secure high-value cooperation opportunities.
Serve as the crucial internal liaison, coordinating closely with central and northern China regional offices for ordering, technical support, and managing all client claims and service delivery issues.
Provide comprehensive market intelligence and competitor analysis to optimize sales strategies and advise clients on solution adoption.
Manage the sales pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and ensure frequent, necessary business travel to Shenzhen and the Greater Bay Area is conducted to support client activity.
skills & experiences required.
- Bachelor's degree holder or above
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on industrial, manufacturing, or complex equipment/systems sales (e.g., machinery, technical infrastructure).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the value of complex technical products and long-cycle solutions.
Proven capacity for self-management and accountability in a remote work setting, coupled with flexibility for frequent GBA travel.
- Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin is required for negotiation and regional team collaboration.
